Ownership and purpose of the Web Platform
The website www.toormix.com (hereinafter the “Web” or the “Platform“) is a computer platform owned by TOORMIX HOUSE, S.L. (hereinafter the “Company” or “TOORMIX“), a company legally constituted under Spanish legislation with NIF B-B-66829797, with registered office at Ca l’Alegre de Dalt street, number 55, Bajos C, 08024 Barcelona and registered in the Mercantile Registry of Barcelona under volume 45519, page 128 and page number 490444.
Our website has been designed with the purpose of offering our users, clients and consumers detailed information about our products and services.
The relationship between the Website and the User will be governed by Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce and other applicable Spanish legislation.
Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions
Access to and use of our Platform as well as information, services and content are subject to applicable legislation and governing regulations as well as to the provisions set forth in these Terms and Conditions of Use.
The User acknowledges and agrees to have read and understood the Terms and Conditions of Use of the Platform whose content constitutes the entire agreement between the User and TOORMIX.

Operational

Intellectual property

Breach

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
The interpretation and application of the terms and conditions of use of the Platform will be governed by Spanish Legislation. For the resolution of any discrepancy that may arise in the interpretation and / or execution of the Terms and Conditions of Use set forth herein, the parties submit to the jurisdiction and competence of the Courts of Barcelona. The legal basis of the treatment of the Data relating to customers of TOORMIX HOUSE, S.L. is based on the existing contractual relationship.
